Welcome to ACE Education and Training Center, LLC.  
We are a full service training center providing Direct Care Workers (DCW)/Caregivers a place to be educated and trained.  We utilize the Principles of Caregiving as the base of our training, the curriculum follows all the state guidelines to insure training meets and exceeds the standard.  If your company is contracted with AHCCCS and is providing Attendant Care, Personal Care, Homemaker Services and Respite, then we can provide the training that is being mandated to meet the coming requirements.  We also provide all the necessary training and certifications if you are contracted with DDD, from CIT, CPR and First Aid, Medication Reminders, and Article 9. 

DCW Training
DCW training services are for those businesses that need to have qualified DCW/Caregivers in order to comply with the new DCW Standard of 2011 which mandates all new DCW's hired on or after October 1, 2012 be trained before being placed to work.  Any DCW hired on or before September 31, 2012 will be automatically grandfathered, they will not need to meet this standard.  We have Three Certified Trainers that are DCW authorized to provide full Caregiver Level I and Level II training as well as "Train the Trainer" sessions.
